• The Half Cadillac frame includes the Roll Back Bar, Push-Through Bar, Arm Springs, and Leg Springs, allowing practitioners to incorporate supported strength work, spinal articulation, upper-body conditioning, hip mobility, lengthening, and foundational alignment. One of the most compelling aspects of the Instant Cadillac Conversion is its ability to serve dual purposes. Rather than requiring two separate apparatus, the conversion makes it possible to switch between a Reformer and a Cadillac. 
  
  

  • The Insert Bed is lightweight, easy to handle, and ideal for studios that need the ability to lift, remove, or store the bed between sessions. When placed inside the Reformer frame, it converts the unit into a traditional Cadillac surface.
