Returns & Exchanges

At GRATZ™, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GRATZ™ account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
